we bought a not-so-good but still usable mahjong set not long ago like last few weeks? n we played for 3 sundays! N the most important thing! i keep losing! tsk! must really learn how to play like a pro with my dad n sis around sia! last played 31 jan 2010! tt's the date i'm suppose to do my portfolio! ohhh! n our timing is always from 10++pm - 2++am! tt's bad!

After tt, i continue doing my portfolio. find, cut, paste, write, print, scape book, markers, colour pencil, pens, glue, scissors and reflection! i put in a lot of effort! hmmm but dunno will get good grade not and dunno isit suppose to be formal cos my is quite informal. hahaha! hack! no pics!:D oh! n i onli slept for 4 hrs! so sleepy now!

and i went out with joyce to tm, n t1 n posbank! haha! went to look for cny clothes! she bought a top, cute eh! ohhh! n u bought it from tt shop! the shop tt u tot is wat cheese and wat bake rice! haha! no link! joyce is really veri small! small head, small hands, small body n short hair! hahah!

SO LONG since i blog! hahahah! dam lazy! my birthday was dam fun! i love it! first celebration is on fri, the whole sugarloaf n some TCC group sang happy bdae to me! haha! nice! n tt's a tiramisu cake!:DD

2nd was during training! had a fruit cake!:DD

SAT, went out with beloved to get my present! haha! she love my bag more than me! went to bugis street n bugis n iluma!:D OHH! we saw SHI XIN HUI!:D she's pretty n her voice is OMG good!:DD

i bought quite a lot of things! new shoe, shirt, dress, scheduler:D, seaweed and we went to eat AJISEN! yay!:D actually wanted to watch movie but nxt day need to wake up early! haha! take Polaroid with beloved olso! haha!:D

after went ehub to play arcade! n went downtown east mac to play monopoly! kana chase out by the ppl thr. oh! n got addicted with feee's ipod touch toilet paper roll! tt's a cheater game! cos the toilet roll varies! haha! n piting say we wasted a lot of toilet paper! haha! i tot we r supposed to go home, but another cake arrives! haha! emicake's brownie! haha! thanks peeps! okay after tt, really went home! haha! got a top shop brown can put A4 sling bag n blue nail polish as present!:DDahah!

AT HOME! family waiting for me to go eat dinner~! went to eat CRAB! nice! i prefer to eat crab at home! cos i eat veri slow! after tt went to buy durian at geylang n back home, play mahjong! yay! i love it! but i keep losing! nvm! it's fun anyw! tt's how i spend my bdae! such a fulfilling day!

FRIDAY, before training. had mahjong session wif huijie, siyun, lifeng shi hui! haha! seriously huijie + siyun = CRAZY! SIAO! FIGHT! ahaha! dunno wat happen to siyun! she's becoming more n more siao! anyw, i had fun! ahah!

SAT! went to watch shihui their last match! n they won! top their grp! comgrats div 5!:DD! hahaha! after tt went to eat wif them at subway.. -.- then ARCADE! yayy! had shooting competition n silun n me did well! haha! no wonder we r best fren! we got mo qi! haha! so long since i went arcade!:D

SUN, PAPA's DAy! but siyun,shihui, zeju, korkor, korkor fren(ou yang) n me went to play samsung beach netball at east coast!. n our coach, li feng! haha! had fun! really refreshing experience, especially the dive! haha! we top our grp! yay! unfortunatrly, we lost to 2 ang mo grp n came in 4th!:(( zzzz! so sian! everyone went emo.. however, shihui's lucky n won herself a samsung pixon, touch screen phone! actually, shi hui they all met their goals, cos initially their intension is to win the game to buy a phone to give their dad for papa's day. so happy la! haha!
after tt, went to eat to celebrate papa's day wif my papa they all. had chili crab! yumyum! haha! n tt's my dad's treat!x.x

wed, met up wif ahleong! haha! so retarded! we practically WALKED the whole tampines one to waste time. he is as usual, nv change, retarded! haha!

GOOD DEED!:D today! i went home early today! so i went to the bubbletea shop to buy mango red tea. suddenly, a little gal frm no whr came n ask the uncle for help regarding her list of things to bring for her camp, i think her mum dun understand eng. n i olso dunno when, i became the one translating to chin to her. My translation was quite good. haha! But, she say she scared she cant rem, so ask me to write down. BOMB! i was able to write some, but still cmi. In the end, she decided to draw.. haha! my drawing was better than hers. haha. i took my mango red tea n went home happily. wahlau, who noes, my mango red tea the auntie didn't put mango! zzz! so i'm like juz drinking red tea onli la.. -.-

n after i bathe, i realise long pants right, i wrote chang shorts instead of chang pants. hhaha!

HAHA! so long since i update! last weekend was so busy n fun! sat, we had CCM orientation! haha! lucky i went! it was so fun! xiao bai n i were at the flour n water station, dirty station. had flour + water all over my body, roux, except it's not cooked! haha! after tt meeting mayya at bugis street, or else i will be drenched sia! haha! so went bs to shop, haha, quite nice n the things thr r affordable! reached home quite late n was dam tired, so slp.

WOAH, sch was tiring but i think i will get used to it soon. had to wake up 6am (earlier than during sec sch!) and earliest i reach home is 630pm! (except fri)

EVERDAY, have to iron my jacket, hat, apron n neckerchief. plus, need to bring a heavy knife set n neatly ironed clothes to sch! ohh! n hair need to be all combed up (no baby hair falling or flying ard) n wear a as hard as rock or diamond boot!

First Day
Cooked: NTH! had knife cuts!
we need to report (fully dressed) at 750 n pratically 90% of us r late.. lucky they let us off for the first day. or dunno wat marks will be deducted. first day was okay except tt it was dam tiring!(maybe i'm not used to it) wear tt hardy shoe home n reached home at ard 630. had to do 1)carrot precise cuts, (ard 2 hrs, need to use ruler to measure n had to be uniform)
2)eat dinner,
3)bathe,
4)slack for a while,
5)print recipes for the nxt day,
6)iron clothes (30mins)
7)n slp at 12 the latest.
so 7 to 12 is like 5 hrs to do all those things! see all these, tt's my life for now..

TuesDay
Cooked: chicken n brown veal stock (stock is a soup base, cant be served)
day 2 was better, not late but still had carrot cuts at home. know quite a lot of new frens n my buddy in the kitchen is... XIANG AI! haha! she's nice n cute, n we get along veri well! lucky i got a good partner or else.. u still need to work wif him/her.

WednesDay
Cooked: onion soup, chicken broth, roux (roux is flour+fat(butter), a thickener)
busiest n the longest in the kitchen n i'm the sous chef! (tt's 2, they r in case in the kitchen, rushing the other chefs to summit their dishes for assess on time etc=leader) my gosh! i was stunned when the chef put my name, but not too bad la. worked well wif xiang, teamwork! haha! n washing is the most not fun part!

ThursDay
Cooked: broccoli cream soup, consumme (consumme is a dam clear soup)
this day, xiang became the sous chef! haha! n i found kitchen was fun! looking forward to fri!

Friday
Cooked: tomato sauce, bechamel n espagnole (sauces, thick)
n fri came, xiang told me she got a bad feeling for the day but i think it's okay.. then came the series of 'bad feelings'..

lst, my auntie came looking for me during my break n made me lost my appetite but i still ate some food.
frm 2nd, it's all in the kitchen. the time is really limited n all these little things really made me irritated. the milk boiled n spill, the sink choked, knock my head hard on a dunno wat thing n had a while of concussion, chef J tot we r playing when we r juz tasting our sauce.(since both of us r sous chef be4, she know our names) chef J shouted at us for not serving our sauce when the one beside us was still stirring theirs.

THE WORSE! we need to strain our espagnole be4 serving but we got a bit confuse cos we keep hearing "pls come out n strain ur espagnole" so xiang asked C..
Xiang: how do we strain our espagnole?
C: bring out, tat's strainer thr..
Xiang: but we haven assess yet, still bring out n strain?
C: yes! tt's strainer outside.
so we stupidly believed him n bring the whole pot outside n we r scolded n shouted by chef J again!-.- dam tt C!
overall was still okay.. but tt's not the friday i'm looking for.. tsk!

got home quite early at 6, but need to leave home at 650 cos tt's trg! so have a quick nap for 15mins n went to prepare things. after trg, my eyelids were like so heavy tt i can slp anywhr! went to eat wif sh, sy n lh n went home, slp!

tt's ENL coming n they r making twice a week trg! probably tues n fri.. wahh! tues i end at 6 n i had to rush to knc wif all my knife sets, uniform n boots! i dun wan, cos they r veri heavy n expensive! if i go home first, i maybe late for trg n i need to run 6 rds ard 6 netball court! ahh! n trg end at ard 10 or later? reach home ard 11plus.. slp at 12?! no way! still need to iron clothes, bathe, print recipes! zzz! omg!! nvm, i can print the recipes be4 hand..

the weather is freaking hot! make ppl get irritated easily! lucky i still get the same break as those in my clinque although diff class! n sat is the time to replenish my slp! haha!:DD

FIRST TIME! oh yea, then minor cake smashing n ate hamburger cake n take photos! thanks sherlene for taking pics for us. n her maid, so sry had to disturb her slp n help us wash plates, thank her too!^^

oh! n i saw 'the secret code' their 4th latest jap album released on 25march! woah! i dunno it will be in singapore so fast! becos their 4th korean album, MIROTIC, i waited for like 2 months before sg had it. anyw, the album is imported frm japn, 2cd, n it cost ard $70++! tt's ex! haha! so i'm waiting for the tw vers cos i cant read jap olso. haha! i wan the 2cds n 2dvds!^^

Happening 1: OHH!! N I THINK I'M A PRO! HAHA! cos i 'fixed' a keyboard tt my bro n i initially tot it's spoilt. it's a wireless keyboard n my bro went to change it's batt. after tt, it doesnt respond. so i went to read up all the keyboard stuffs n i found out! tt's an adapter attached to the com, i need to press the button until it flash. then i press the keyboard 'connect' button until it stops flashing! n now! i'm using it! hahaha! i'm so happy tt i wake my bro up becos of this! haha!
(joyce say the keyboard's playing april fool wif me, cos when i 'fixed' it, it's jus after midnight) haha!

Happening 2: omg! suddenly a dam big flying cockroach flew into my hse! okay, it's humongous! so scary! we r so scared tt we let it fly ard our hse n i conclude tt maybe it's gg to die.. then now it's finding a peaceful place to rest.. haha! okay, crap. we closed all the rm doors. in the end, we were quite relief cos it went to my parents rm!! omg! haha! lucky no one inside! haha! my dad came home, n went inside to 'fight' wif it, but he cant find it! Then wat abt all the time I wasted?! Zzz! So stupid! Its becos this phone is cheaper on m1 side tt’s y I change! N now they ask me to change w/o any compensation? I must well stay on SingTel! okay, i bought a new phone and i love it. but sad to say, the flash isn't working. so on thurs (ah elong's bdae eh) i went down to century square to ask the person for repair. she told me that it will be done before cny, or rather, today. but today i didn't even receive any call frm them. so i called samsung customer service. first 2 times they told me i cant get my phone back be4 cny and will ask the century square samsung shop to call me by today. wth la! wait until i die they also wont call! so i called the samsung cs again. n the gal told me i can just go down n collect cos the flash part is still pending (something like tt). so after project i happily went down to think i can get back my phone. thr's quite a crowd in the samsung shop so waited quite a while and then the person tell me my phone is being dismantled and i cant get it today cos the technicians in case of tt went off alrdy! wat niao niao! waste my time la! actually wanna meet my mum after i get my phone then no mood le! cant call her olso! zzzzz! troublesome! so the person tell me to get my phone tml! zzzzz! so far la! frm my hse to tp! really wasting my time! some more tml i'm like so busy! morning spring cleaning, afternoon eat steamboat with family and evening gg out wif frens! however, i olso demanded for a new phone! cos the phone is a defect frm the start! but the person say must ask the boss.! zzz! hope i can get a new one!

29 dec 2008 is my firt day of school after 2 weeks break..so many sian n sucky n sad n irritating things happend todae! dots!

first, need to wake up so early n it's pouring! zzz! so cold. nvm, actually it doesn't affect my mood. okay reached sch.. zzzz! deadlines r bombard me like no tml!! okay, during the holis i didn't even bother abt the deadlines so they surprised me. had a short day todae, so went home! dam tired, slept in the bus. went home n suppose to go out wif my sis but too tired n no mood so nv go. and many things happened in between. so i had a nap.
good thing i got my shows to watch frm 8-11pm. but i think i too long nv do any work, i'm getting rusty. feel veri tired after a while.

same fun day for every bball session! n todae laugh until tired sia! everybody is like stationary waiting for the ball.. haha! no energy. after tt, went to eat and home!

WAH LAUUU!! todae i went to mensa 1 to eat! WTH LA! The CHINESE FOOD AUNTIE IS SO SUCKYYYY!!~~ I THINK SHE GOT PMS TT DAY!!

i wanna eat porridge frm her stall but i toook a long time to decide.. so i stand n see at the food menu

then the auntie shout: "XIAO MEI, NI YAO SHEN ME?!?"

then i say (in a loud voice to reply her, cos she shouted wat): " WO ZAI CAN!"

then i look look, then i walk away to decide wif my frens! after a while, i decided! so went back to buy, but the auntie serving a guy, so i waited. after she finished, she went to the back of the stall (like the kitchen).

so i shouted : "AUNTIE!" and i heard her mumbling something to her husband (i think) and waited for her to come out.
so i wait wait wait n wait! THEN U NOE WHEN SHE CAME OUT OF HER CAVE?! WHEN TT'S NEW CUSTOMERS! WTH!
3 gals came by to order, then she come out
